Milton Farm Caravan Site is a peaceful and secluded caravan park set beside the picturesque village of Milton on Stour and is the ideal holiday 'getaway'. The park caters for caravans, motorhomes and tents of all sizes and offer a choice of spacious, well mown grass pitches or hard standing if required. Most pitches have electric hook-ups, TV points and ample space to park your car. A clean toilet facility complements the site's friendly charm. Milton Farm no longer keep any livestock so the caravan park is unspoilt and well maintained. Pets are welcome.

Milton on Stour is perfectly situated for exploring the beautiful rolling countryside of North Dorset, Somerset and Wiltshire, with many beauty spots and places of interest within a short drive. Enjoy a fun day out at Longleat House and Safari Park, wander around the beautiful house and gardens at Stourhead or take the family on a picnic to Brokerswood Country Park. Further afield, visitors can enjoy the historic cities of Bath or Salisbury, the magnificence of Sherbourne Castle, sample the enchantment of Glastonbury, be absorbed by the mystical marvel of Stonehenge or view the splendour of Wells Cathedral. Whichever direction you travel, the surrounding area is steeped in local and national history.

A short stroll through the tranquil village of Milton on Stour will bring you to a local convenience store and the impressive Milton Lodge Hotel which has a licenced bar. The local town of Gillingham is just over a mile away, offering a good selection of Shops, Supermarkets, Restaurants, Pubs and Takeaway's. A ten minute drive will transport you to the 'Olde World' charm of Mere with its abundance of medieval hotels and restaurants. Other easy-to-reach towns are Shaftesbury, Frome, Warminster, Westbury, Blandford Forum, Yeovil and Shepton Mallet.

The highly popular seaside resorts and shopping Mecca's of Weymouth, Poole and Bournmouth are less than an hour's drive away to the south or a similar journey north-west will take you to the sandy beaches of Weston-Super-Mare and Burnham-On-Sea.
